Image courtesy of Linc Housing Linc Housing and National CORE, in partnership with the City of Glendale , have broken ground on 515 Pioneer Drive, a 340-unit affordable housing development in Glendale, Calif. The community will cater to residents earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income. Construction is slated for completion in late 2025. The estimated cost of the development is $168 million, as reported by Glendale News-Press . The developer is financing the project with funds from both private and public sources.
